Dear Garden City High School Parent or Guardian:


Parent Teacher Conferences will be held in person this Fall. There will be three opportunities for you to meet with teachers during the first semester. When scheduling your appointments, please allow a minimum of 5 minutes in between appointments. Also, please schedule only one 5-minute appointment with a teacher. If you are unable to obtain an appointment for Parent Teacher Conferences, please call or email your child’s teacher directly.


The conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 2, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Tuesday, November 3, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and Thursday, November 12, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. As in the past, appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis using the on-line scheduling program, PTC Wizard.


As a first-time parent user, you must first register and sign in to use the PTC Wizard program by entering your email address and a password you select. The directions are available on the High School website by selecting the Parent Login Center tab at the top of the page and look for the PTC Wizard icon and instructions: PTC Wizard Parent Instructions

Please follow the directions to create your account before the scheduling window opens. Once you have created your account, it is easy to schedule your appointments.

Appointments will be 5 minutes in duration. We ask that you honor this time limit so that teachers may meet with as many parents as possible. If you have questions or need assistance with our program, call the High School Main Office at 478-2006 between the hours of 8am and 11am and Mrs. Poisson or Mrs. Kender will be happy to assist you.
